Marinara Chicken Breast + Pasta

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1⅓ lb
Pasta (penne / Spaghetti / Fettuccine)
⅔ lb
Rao's Marinara
1 jar
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Parmesan Cheese

Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Air fry 400°F for 15 min (flip at 10), or pan-sear in olive oil 5-6 min per side until 165°F. Rest 3 min, then slice.

Simmer marinara with the protein 3-4 min, then toss with the pasta.
