Hot Honey Chicken Breast + Mac & Cheese

Chicken Breast finished with hot honey, over mac & cheese.
Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1⅓ lb
Elbow Macaroni
½ lb
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (sharp)
2 cups
Whole Milk
1½ cups
Butter
2 tbsp
All-purpose Flour
2 tbsp
Hot Honey
1 bottle
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder

Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.

Same pot: melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 min. Slowly whisk in milk, thicken 3-4 min.

Off heat, stir in cheddar in two batches until smooth. Fold the pasta back in.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Air fry 400°F for 15 min (flip at 10), or pan-sear in olive oil 5-6 min per side until 165°F. Rest 3 min, then slice.
