Sirloin Or Ny Strip Steak

Large Flour Tortillas

Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 cup
Chipotle Sauce
1 bottle
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Warm the tortillas 15 sec so they're pliable.

Pull steak out 20 min early. Pat bone-dry, season generously with salt and pepper.

Cast iron screaming hot, 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear 4 min per side for medium-rare, flipping once.

Rest 5 min, then slice against the grain.

Drizzle chipotle sauce over the finished plate.

Build: tortilla → protein → sauce → a handful of shredded cheese. Fold the bottom up, sides in, and roll tight.
