Rao's Marinara
1 jar
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Parmesan Cheese

Boil salted water, cook pasta al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

Squeeze sausage from casings (or slice into coins). Brown over medium-high 6-7 min until edges are crispy.

Simmer marinara with the protein 3-4 min, then toss with the pasta.
