BBQ Pork Tenderloin + Jasmine Rice

Pork Tenderloin finished with bbq, over jasmine rice.
Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin
1⅓ lb
Jasmine Rice
1⅓ cups
Bbq Sauce
1 bottle
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder

Rinse rice. Add 1½ cups water per cup of rice + salt. Boil, cover, low 15 min, rest 5 min, fluff.

Slice tenderloin into 1" medallions. Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Sear in olive oil over medium-high, 3 min per side, to 145°F internal.

Brush BBQ sauce on in the last 3 min of cooking to caramelize the glaze.
